You read that right…..Surprise! Our exclusive sources just informed us that in an unexpected move, Nikon is releasing the much anticipated D800 DSLR MUCH earlier than expected. Nikon is closing their warehouse from March 20th to approx April 5th for the end of fiscal year inventory. Nikon’s end of Fiscal Year is March 30th, and they will stop shipping on March 20th for warehouse inventory, so Nikon USA has decided to release some of the first D800’s to the US market before the warehouse closes. Distribution and quantity is unknown. This puts the D800’s in stores much earlier than expected.
